I was playing around with the new MoGraph MoDynamics feature and made some falling dominoes to celebrate the new year.

This is basically a bunch of of shapes in motion that leave traces behind them. It's actually a still from a video which I'm currently working on.

If you're designing a logo and looking for inspiration, then these are definitely some of the most creative logos you'll find.

The Design Magazine has made a list of 30 creative logos that

"use different creative ways to represent their brand through colors, shapes and typography."

Blog.spoongraphics.co.uk has prepared an easy to digest list of 20 handy photoshop tips that help you speed up your workflow using a combination of keyboard and mouse shortcuts.

A good one that I didn't know about was using Caps Lock to turn on precision cursor mode, very handy for accurate selections.

The other 19 are just as good.

As I had promised, this tutorial will show you how to create interesting effects in Cinema 4D using Thinking Particles and MoGraph. Looking at the image I created, it seems quite complex even though it's relatively easy. Thinking Particles is a very powerful tool which might seem difficult to get into for most people, but thanks to the Thinking Particles presets that come in Cinema 4D, it is easy to get started right away.

This was the result of playing around with Thinking Particles and Mograph in Cinema 4D. I'm thinking of making a tutorial soon about how I created it.

Sony has unveiled a new PlayStation 3 design known as PS3 Slim. It has a matte finish on top instead of the glossy finish like the old "fat" PlayStation. It is smaller, lighter and carries a new PS3 logo.
